Sean Cooper
General Manager
Sean Cooper is a highly respected community leader, decorated investigator, and seasoned security risk consultant with more than 24 years of operational law enforcement experience. His career has been defined by outstanding results in complex investigations, as well as strategic leadership in both large-scale and remote security operations across Western Australia.
As the Director of Gecko Bridge, an Indigenous-owned business, Sean is committed to building stronger pathways between industry and Indigenous communities. Through Gecko Bridge, Sean supports culturally informed training, employment, and consulting services that create lasting impact in regional and remote areas.
Sean is a sitting Councillor for the Shire of Broome, where he works to strengthen local governance, promote sustainable development, and advocate for community-driven solutions. He also recently served many years on the Executive of the Security Agents Institute of WA and the Executive of the Broome Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he previously held the role of Vice President.
Sean’s community involvement goes far beyond policy. Sean is an active sports coach, a proud volunteer with Native Animal Rescue, and a passionate supporter of local youth and environmental initiatives.
With a career grounded in integrity, service, and leadership, Sean Cooper remains focused on fostering safer, secure, more inclusive communities throughout Western Australia.

David Bramhall
Manager
With over 25 years of experience in the security industry, David Bramhall has a proven track record of building and scaling successful security businesses from the ground up.
Renowned for his expertise in business management, David excels at streamlining processes to maximize cost efficiency while delivering exceptional value to clients. His strategic insight and dedication to operational excellence make him a trusted leader in driving organizational success.
David combines analytical precision with a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. His leadership and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to Resolute Security Services.

Glen Potoi
Operations Manager
Glen Potoi brings a wealth of experience in law enforcement, crisis management, and security solutions to his role as Operations Manager at RSS. Throughout his career at RSS, Glen has progressed through various leadership positions, including overseeing operations for the company’s largest contract. He has extensive experience managing urgent, high-level security requests and has worked across both security and healthcare sectors. Notably, Glen has led the risk management of COVID-19 security measures in healthcare facilities, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with precision.

Tim Tagiev
Operations Manager
Tim Tagiev is the Senior Operations Manager at Resolute Security Services, leading the RSS Operations Team and overseeing the delivery of security services across corporate, private, and government sectors. With over 12 years of experience in law enforcement and more than 13 years in Western Australia’s security industry, Tim brings a unique depth of operational expertise and leadership to the role. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law Enforcement Administration, combining academic insight with practical experience to ensure the highest standards of service, professionalism, and accountability.

Jahmaine Pihama
Director
Jahmaine is the Director and Accounts Manager for RSS. With qualifications in Accounting and Finance and IT, Jahmaine leads the RSS Accounts team and manages finances on behalf of the organisation. Jahmaine also holds the RSS Agents Licence and provides RSS Managers with sound advice on operational matters daily.
With 16 years experience within the security industry, Jahmaine is a great asset to RSS and RSS clients.

Daniel Kirkham
Operations Manager
Daniel Kirkham carries an extensive background in digital marketing, communications and multimedia creation for small business. Having hands on experience with business ownership and operation, Dan conducts his role as an Operations Coordinator with mutual understanding from both client and vendor perspectives. Ensuring ideal client outcomes and positive relations between clients, management and employees.
Since commencing in the security industry Dan quickly rose through the ranks, excelling in various roles as a security officer. From boots on the ground to administration and eventually landing in operations, Dan has a comprehensive view on the industry and brings a fresh perspective to the RSS Ops Team.

Samuel Donoghue
Sam Donoghue joined Resolute Security Services during the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing with him more than a decade of management experience from the retail sector. With a background in engineering from Edith Cowan University, Sam quickly applied his strong operational skills to the challenges of frontline security and logistics, steadily taking on greater responsibilities over the years.
Since transitioning into security, Sam has expanded his leadership role significantly, now assisting with oversite to our entire staff pool, delivering critical services to our government and infrastructure clients, including WA Health, CSIRO, and Western Power. He continues to build his expertise through formal qualifications in cybersecurity, combining hands-on operational management with strategic compliance and risk mitigation.
Our Personnel
RSS is large enough that we are able to provide diverse roles in all operations, yet small enough that we are able to provide strict oversight and maintain quality.
We only employ experienced operators who commonly possess qualifications above and beyond standard. All our staff undertakes continuous professional and personal development. Our ongoing internal training especially in relation to emerging trends ensures all our personnel remain current and up to date.
Many of our personnel are ex Defence and Police and diversely qualified. We train our officers in various roles to assist our clients. Be it Snake Handling, Fire Wardens, Orderlies, Ambulance drivers, surveillance operatives, caretakers, cultural awareness, emergency procedures, investigations or experienced crowd controllers, we are able to diversify to provide quality services. Our strength is our people, we look after our team and our team looks after us.
